Log in for FreeIoT & Hardware session with Yavor Chernaev, 20 min — recorded at Coworking Tech Week 2026.

The discussion also covers Occupal, Linxiv’s plug-and-play occupancy device, and how coworking teams can use better room data to improve availability, reduce manual checks, and make smarter decisions about meeting rooms, phone booths, and private spaces.

The conversation also introduced Occupal, Linxiv’s plug-and-play occupancy device, and discussed how…
