About Coworking Tech Week
The first global virtual conference connecting coworking and flex space operators with the teams building the technology powering their businesses, now available as a replay and product discovery hub.
How We Got Here
In 2019, we ran the first coworking hackathon in London, bringing together developers, architects, students, designers, operators, and technologists to prototype solutions for the future of workspaces. We called it member-driven-innovation. The energy was high: the coworking industry was ready to talk about technology in a way it never had before.

We planned to take that momentum to Tokyo in 2020 with our friend and event partner Yoshio Tsuda from Morino Coworking. So we traveled there for month and a half, organized everything, and then the world shut down. We moved the event online, adapted fast, and learned something important: online events could also bring people together in a meaningful way across the globe, especially when we use technology in a smart way.

Through our consulting work at TwoFifty, we spend our days alongside coworking teams on community, operations, and growth strategy. Across those conversations, one topic kept coming up again and again: technology. Which tools are worth considering. How to assess different options. How other operators are approaching the same challenges. The same thoughtful questions, shared by teams across different sizes and markets.
That pattern made the answer clear. The industry needed a dedicated space where coworking and flex space professionals could experience the products firsthand and have direct conversations with the teams who built them.
Coworking Tech Week is the result: five days built entirely around the technology decisions operators make every day, now preserved through replays, product pages, and ongoing demo requests.
Our Mission
Coworking Tech Week brings operators face to face with the teams building the products they rely on every day. CTW 2026 now helps teams revisit demonstrations, compare products, and make confident technology decisions for their spaces.
We created what the industry has been missing: dedicated space for operators to meet product teams, compare solutions side by side, and understand the technology powering coworking businesses, all in one place.
