Yuta Aoki is the Founder and CEO of the Japan Coworking Space & Community Manager Organization (JCCO), where he leads initiatives to support and elevate community management across Japan’s coworking industry. Based in Tokyo, he also serves as Community Director at BIRTH LAB, where he continues to shape innovative community-driven spaces. After earning his degree from the Graduate School of Agricultural Science at Tohoku University, Yuta began his career at Panasonic in 2016. He later joined 01Booster, focusing on open innovation and startup collaboration for large corporations. In 2019, he founded funky jump Inc., expanding his work into community consulting and product development. Yuta has visited over 300 workspaces globally, bringing international insights into his work. He is the creator of “TAISY,” a tool designed to support community managers, and advises organizations on building and managing thriving communities. Through JCCO, he now provides end-to-end support—from training community managers to helping coworking operators enhance real estate value through strong, engaged communities.
